چکیده
The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect an active gelatin coating containing eugenol and vacuum on microbial diversity Chinese seabass (Lateolabrax maculatus) during cold (−0.9 °C) storage. bacterial sequences in were observed using a high-throughput sequencing technique targeting V3–V4 region 16S Ribosomal DNA (rDNA) 0, 12th, 24th day, which showed more comprehensive estimate samples compared with enumeration. results revealed that species fresh rich, mainly including Carnobacterium, Glutamicibacter, Pseudomonas, abundance ratios 0.286, 0.160, 0.130, respectively. Pseudomonas Shewanella primary contaminants spoiled control samples, where increased from 0.220 0.174 12th day 0.802 0.163 Vacuum treatment could inhibit growth such when stored Brochothrix became superior genus. However, dominated storage until their 0.343 0.279, inhibition Carnobacterium gradually enhanced increasing concentrations eugenol. Furthermore, effective at inhibiting increase total volatile basic nitrogen. This confirmed reduce bacteria, reproduction main dominant spoilage delay seabass.

Preservative Effect of Chitosan Coating on Shelf Life and Sensory Properties of Chicken Fillets during Chilled Storage
Background: Chicken fillets contain essential amino acids besides many minerals and vitamins, which are necessary for maintaining life and promoting growth. Moreover, it is low in calories and cholesterol; therefore, it can be used for feeding infants, young children, and some patients. Methods: Chicken fillets were initially coated by dipping in different concentrations of chitosan (1.0%, 1.5...
متن کاملInhibition of fatty acids profile changes of Cobia (Rachycentron canadum) fillets during frozen storage by packaging under vacuum system
This study was aimed to investigate the effect of vacuum packing (VP) on the fatty acids profiles in cobia (Rachycentron canadum) fillets during an extended frozen storage period. Cobia fillets were treated under vacuum system then stored at -18°C for up to 6 months and compared to control conditions. As a result of a frozen storage period of 6 months, a marked content decrease was found in the...
متن کاملNano-ZnO/carboxymethyl cellulose-based active coating impact on ready-to-use pomegranate during cold storage.
Minimally processed pomegranate rapidly loses its overall quality because of high water loss and microbial contamination. Nano-ZnO in combination with carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) coating was used on pomegranate arils. Arils were dipped for 4min in distilled water (control), 0.1 or 0.2% (w/v) nano-ZnO suspension and then ZnO treated arils were coated with 0.5% (w/v) CMC and stored for 12days a...

متن کاملFish gelatin combined with chitosan coating inhibits myofibril degradation of golden pomfret (Trachinotus blochii) fillet during cold storage.
Coating of gelatin and chitosan can improve fish fillet's quality, but the mechanism is not clear. Chitosan/gelatin coatings significantly prevented deterioration of golden pomfret fillet at 4 °C. Chitosan with 7.2% gelatin group showed the best effect on preserving the length of myofibril, which remained greater than 15 μm at day 17 of storage, while for control, chitosan and chitosan combined...
